About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead sales efforts for aluminium billets and products across international markets.

This position demands strategic thinking, excellent leadership, and relationship-building skills to expand market presence and achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in both international and domestic markets.
  2. Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to formulate proactive business strategies.
  3. Manage existing customers and build relationships with regional teams.
  4. Explore and expand business opportunities in new markets for aluminium billets, targeting the extrusion and forging industry.
  5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
  6. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to establish a strong brand presence.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations, production planning, and on-time delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum graduate degree in engineering or business.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the aluminium industry, preferably managing aluminium billet sales.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing sales for international and domestic markets.
  • Strong knowledge of the extrusion and forging industry and related applications.
