Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales & Business Development in Mumbai. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and coaching and training junior sales staff. Qualifications
- Must have experience in real-esate deals apply
- Prefered Candidate worked with IPC such as Jll, CBRE, Knight Frank etc
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong background in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Training and mentoring junior team members
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the architectural or design industry is a plus
