
Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales development professional to lead our product sales of aluminium billets and products for the extrusion and forging industry across international and domestic markets.
This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, business development, and relationship-building skills to expand market presence and achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in both international and domestic markets.
- Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to formulate proactive business strategies.
- Manage existing customers and clients and build relationships with existing regional teams.
- Explore and expand business opportunities in existing and new markets for aluminium billets, targeting the extrusion and forging industry.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
- Represent us at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to establish a strong brand presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations, production planning, and on-time delivery.
- Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of sales and operational strategies.
- Provide market feedback and insights to guide product development and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met consistently.
- Manage deliveries and coordinate with SCM, CS, and production teams to achieve targets.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum graduate (engineering or business degree preferred).
- Experience: At least 7 years in the aluminium industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed aluminium billet sales.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales for international and domestic markets.
- Strong knowledge of the extrusion and forging industry and related applications.
