We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Marketing Sustainability Specialist.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in building and managing strategic partnerships to drive sustainability in marketing efforts. This includes identifying, approaching, and onboarding new partners across marketing and sustainability ecosystems.

Key responsibilities include managing and nurturing existing partnerships, supporting co-branded initiatives, events, and campaigns with external partners, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver partner-driven solutions.

  • Identify and approach potential partners for collaborations.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners to ensure mutual growth and alignment.

The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple stakeholders while staying updated on industry trends in sustainability, MarTech, and climate innovation.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability and marketing partnerships.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations.
