Senior ESG Sustainability Specialist

This role leads the development of ESG and sustainability reports ensuring alignment with global standards. Key responsibilities include reviewing and revising materiality analysis reports to drive business decisions.
Key deliverables are:
- Climate risk assessment and opportunity identification aligning with TCFD recommendations.
- Developing and implementing climate action and strategy for the organization.
- Monitoring and reviewing supplier ESG performance to ensure adherence to company standards.
Requirements for this position include 8+ years of experience in ESG or sustainability domain, proficiency in various sustainability reporting standards, strong knowledge of GHG emission accounting principles and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key qualifications for this job include a post-graduate degree in Environment Science, Environment Management or Sustainability related field, leadership and team management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills and adaptability and continuous learning.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to evolving regulations, be proficient in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint and possess excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
