Job Overview

This role oversees the utilization of alternative fuels in cement manufacturing processes, focusing on minimizing environmental impact and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience with sourcing, procurement, and benchmarking alternative fuel options while guaranteeing safety and cost-effectiveness.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Benchmark and optimize cement-manufacturing facilities regarding fuels and process consumables, prioritizing safety and cost.
  • Source and procure AFR (Alternative Fuels and Raw Materials) materials for plants, handling hazardous and non-hazardous substances.
  • Create commercial documents aligned with organizational requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and warranties with vendors, collaborating with other departments.
  • Develop and lead site workforce to meet desired performance standards, driving continuous improvement and personal development.
  • Generate monthly dashboards for top management on alternative fuels, CO₂ emissions, energy consumption, clinker factor, and benchmarking.
