Job Title

This is a key role for individuals who are passionate about learning and taking ownership of their work.

  • We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Success & Outbound Specialist. This individual will be responsible for crafting and executing high-performing email and LinkedIn campaigns, while also ensuring customers unlock the full potential of our platform.

This is a hybrid role that blends expertise in email and LinkedIn outreach with customer success and strategic growth initiatives:

Customer Success
  • Collaborate with customers to define their Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and launch successful email and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Track campaign KPIs (reply rates, open rates, connection requests, and conversions), providing actionable insights to improve results.
  • Advise customers on refining outreach messaging, cadence, and personalization strategies for email and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers by acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their success with our platform.
Email & LinkedIn Campaign Execution
  • Craft, optimize, and execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns for our clients and internal growth experiments.
  • Leverage AI and data-driven insights to create hyper-personalized, segmented outreach that drives engagement.
  • Regularly test subject lines, messaging, and outreach cadences, sharing learnings with the team and customers.
  • Become a power user of our AI platform, demonstrating its value in creating and scaling outbound campaigns.
Founder's Office Strategic Projects
  • Work closely with the founders on key growth projects, including entering new markets, crafting playbooks, and scaling customer accounts.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to enhance features, particularly for email and LinkedIn campaign optimization.
  • Test and validate innovative outreach strategies to stay ahead in outbound lead generation.
