About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee business operations and drive growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and developing strategies.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment and Team Management: Recruit top talent for business associate and advisory roles, ensuring a diverse and skilled team is in place to drive business objectives.
  2. Regulatory Compliance and Training: Coordinate regulatory trainings to ensure all team members are up-to-date on industry requirements and best practices.
  3. Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement efficient daily, weekly, and monthly choreographies to optimize business processes and improve productivity.
  4. Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other stakeholders through regular meetings, updates, and support.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven solutions to enhance business outcomes.
  6. Cross-Selling and Upselling Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  7. Renewal Premium Collection: Focus on renewal premium collection efforts to maintain and grow existing customer bases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leadership, team management, and strategy development
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
