Team Leader/ Manager - Operations (Property Management & KPO)

Location: Remote

Schedule: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM CST (with flexibility as needed)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Team Leader – Operations to oversee daily activities for property management and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) services for a key real estate client. In this fully remote position, you will lead a team of four, ensuring operational excellence, high-quality deliverables, and seamless collaboration with both internal teams and onshore stakeholders.

This role is ideal for a proactive leader with property management experience, strong process improvement skills, and the ability to manage both people and operations in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily property management tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of four, providing training, performance feedback, and guidance.
  • Allocate and monitor workloads, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for property and client-related issues, coordinating with onshore partners and stakeholders.
  • Oversee documentation, reporting, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performance remote work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing a team, preferably in property management, real estate services, or KPO.
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with property management software and remote collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote setting.
  • Willingness to work evening hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM CST) to align with client and team schedules.

Work Environment

  • Remote-first role – must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a suitable home office setup.
  • Flexibility will be required to collaborate across different time zones.
