Role & responsibilities :

  1. Logistics & Distribution

  2. Daily dispatch planning and vehicle scheduling

  3. supervise loading/ unloading, route planing , and on time deliveries.

  4. Ensure proper documentation challans, Invoice , e - bills, LR.

  5. Labour and team supervision

  6. Manage warehouse helpers, loaders, and contract labour.

  7. Allocate daily work and monitor productivity.

  8. Ensure compliance with safety and discipline standards.

  9. Productions & Operations coordination

  10. Coordinate with production Team for finished goods availability.

  11. Monitor Packaging , storage, FIFO/LIFO, and stock movement.

  12. Support production planning based on demand sales orders.

  13. Commercial and Vendor Management

  14. Work with the commercial/Finance team of transport bills, vendor payment , and cost control.

  15. Negotiate with transporters and vendors for cost efficiency.

  16. Track Logistics expenses and reduce wastage.

  17. Ho Re Ca operations

  18. Understand Horeca Client requirement(Bulk orders, special packaging, credit terms).

  19. Ensure timely and accurate delivery to Ho Re Ca partners.

  20. Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.

  21. Reporting and Compliance

  22. Prepare daily /Weekly MIS reports (Dispatch, stock , Labour)

  23. Ensure compliance with FSSAI .GST,and company audit policies.
  24. Exclate operations challenges to management and suggest improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in logistics/ operations(Beverage FMCG preffered).
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, warehouse management, transportation planning, vendor management, cost optimization.
  • Proficiency in FIFO/LIFO systems and ability to analyze data for optimization opportunities.
  • Graduate in Logistics, supply chain, Commerce , or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP/Excel for reports.
  • Good communication and leadership skill.
