You should apply if you have:


•       Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.


•       Strong understanding of Forward and Reverse Logistics (D2C & B2B).


•       Ability to handle escalations, disputes, and shipment reconciliation effectively.


•       Experience in managing same-day, next-day, and B2B appointment-based deliveries.


•       Proficiency in MS Excel & Google sheets.


•       Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You should not apply if you:


•       Lack experience in logistics operations or supply chain management.


•       Are not comfortable handling shipment escalations or disputes.


•       Do not have experience working with data reconciliation and reporting.


•       Prefer a non-collaborative, individual contributor role rather than team coordination.


•       Are not comfortable using MS Excel and logistics tracking tools.

What will you do?

Forward Logistics (D2C & B2B):


•       Manage pickup alignment, vehicle placement, and dispatch tracking.


•       Handle escalations, disputes, and Return to Origin (RTO) operations.


•       Work with logistics partners to optimize processes and ensure timely deliveries.

Reverse Logistics (D2C & B2B):


•       Oversee reverse logistics processes, including label creation and pickup alignment.


•       Pendency closure with TAT


•       Resolve disputes and escalations related to returns.

Dark Store Based Hyperlocal deliveries


•       Oversee performance as per agreed SLA


•       Tracking and closing pendency


•       Escalations and Dispute Handling

Reporting & Reconciliation:


•       Generate and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports.


•       Maintain accurate logistics data, Proof of Deliveries (PODs), and reconciliations.

Work Experience:


• years of experience in logistics Operations.


•       Handled Same Day/ Next Day & Hyperlocal Deliveries, B2B First Mile and Last Mile deliveries

Working Days: Monday Saturday
