**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Live order management and execution
- Process transactions and order requests from clients
- Document all follow up work that is done on behalf of the client
- Engage vendor partners to follow up or resolve service issues or delays
- Tracking of all live orders
- Other duties as assigned

**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**
- Associates Degree preferred
- Fluent in English
- Customer Support experience preferred
- Proven Track Record of Success Working Cross Functionally
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient level of the Microsoft Suite
- Strong knowledge base of Micros
- Demonstrated problem solver and solutions developer
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work on their own initiative and manage own time effectively.
- Proficient in Customer Support Software: Office Applications

Pay: ₹560,000.00 per year
