We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Operations Associate to assist with the physical setup, installation, and teardown of event dcor and infrastructure. This role is crucial in ensuring that all event setups are completed efficiently, safely, and as per the event design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in loading, transporting, and unloading event materials and dcor items.
  • Support the setup and dismantling of event spaces, including furniture, backdrops, lighting, props, stage elements, and signage.
  • Ensure proper placement of dcor items as per the design layout or supervisor instructions.
  • Handle materials and equipment with care to prevent damage or loss.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the event site and warehouse.
  • Follow safety protocols during setup, operation, and dismantling.
  • Assist the event team with other operational tasks as needed.
  • Report any issues or missing/damaged items to the Operations Head immediately.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event setup, labor work, or logistics is an advantage (not mandatory).
  • Team player with a helpful and positive attitude.
  • Flexible to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
  • Ability to commute to event sites and warehouse locations (including Rohini, if applicable).
