**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Packing Operations**:

- Ensure products are packed securely and appropriately for shipment or storage.
- Label packages with accuracy, including handling instructions and delivery details.
- Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of packing materials.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect products for damages or defects before packing.
- Adhere to company quality standards during packing processes.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Assist in arranging and scheduling deliveries with transportation partners.
- Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain records of shipments, returns, and delivery receipts.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Assist in periodic inventory audits.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols to minimize accidents during packing and handling.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and free from hazards.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
- Previous experience in packing, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Familiarity with shipping software and logistics platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to [weight capacity, e.g., 25kg].
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
