We are driven by innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction—making dental procurement simple, transparent, and reliable.Role OverviewThe First Mile Logistics Executive will manage and oversee all first-mile operations—from warehouse pack to ship—ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective transportation of goods. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and collaboration with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain a seamless supply chain.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack shipments from packing to connection, ensuring smooth movement through all stages of the first-mile process.Monitor on-time pickup of shipments from vendors and warehouses.Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely connection of shipments to the next leg of the journey.Monitor system dashboards and logistics portals for live status and performance metrics.Collaborate with warehouse, courier, and operations teams to resolve first-mile delays or exceptions (missed pickups, RTOs, connection issues).Maintain daily pickup performance and delay reports, with escalation tracking.Support and ensure smooth execution of RTO inbound processes, including receiving, system updates, and documentation.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance first-mile efficiency.Ensure compliance with company SOPs and SLAs at all times.Required QualificationsGraduate / MBA in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (e-commerce preferred).Strong understanding of first-mile operations and vendor coordination.Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics management tools.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred SkillsExperience in e-commerce or B2B logistics operations.Knowledge of 3PL coordination and Transport Management Systems (TMS).Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to process improvement.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and career growth opportunities.A fast-paced, collaborative work culture.Opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing brand revolutionizing dental supply chains in India
