We are offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Intern to join our team and contribute to the optimization of logistics processes. This internship provides hands-on experience in a warehouse environment, focusing on reducing Turnaround Time (TAT), streamlining operations, and enhancing overall efficiency. As an Intern in the team, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing innovative processes to support multiple teams while working closely with the logistics team to improve processes and build analytical insights.

**Your Role**:
As our Intern, you won't just be filling a role; you'll be shaping the future. Your responsibilities will include

Key Responsibilities:

- **TAT Reduction**: Collaborate with the team to identify strategies for reducing Turnaround Time (TAT) in warehouse operations. Assist in implementing these strategies to expedite the movement of goods and materials.
- **Process Streamlining**: Work closely with the logistics team to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement. Contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined processes that enhance overall operational efficiency.
- **Multi-Shift Processes**: Assist in creating processes tailored to accommodate multiple shifts, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity in warehouse operations across different time periods.
- **Analytics Development**: Play a role in building analytical frameworks related to inventory, prints, and shipment data. Gather and analyze data to provide insights that inform decision-making and contribute to process optimization.
- **Logistics Collaboration**: Collaborate with the logistics team to enhance communication and coordination between sourcing and warehouse operations. Assist in creating cross-functional synergies to maximize efficiency.

You'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, process optimization, and logistics collaboration.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in or just completed Business Administration
- Supply Chain Management/Operations/Logistics or a related field or Bachelors in engineering.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful coordination within cross-functional teams.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Enthusiasm for warehouse operations and process optimization.

**Duration: T**his internship position is for 3 months, with the possibility of permanent role offer based on performance.

**Location**:Warehouse, which is located in Delhi.
