Job Title: Business Operations Manager

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading the business operations of a banking branch, ensuring efficient management and control of resources. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategy development, risk management, and team leadership.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and revenue growth.
  • Manage risk through effective internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales, relationship, and BSD department employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
