Role & responsibilities:

  • Defining and executing operational strategies to support the company's growth objectives and enhance efficiency.

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including transaction processing, customer support, compliance, credit, collections and recovery processes.

  • Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing solutions to streamline processes and improve productivity.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, systems, customer excellence and finance, to ensure alignment of operational activities with business goals.

  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Leading and developing a team of operations professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.

  • Working closely with business teams to support investors in terms of disbursements and transaction settlement

  • Handling entire documentation at pre-disbursement stage including Legal (Loan Agreement, KYC Checks, etc.)

  • Managing repayments and collection of funds through various channels and modes like NACH, Cheques, etc.

  • Preparing regular reports and MIS to leadership team around the performance of the business

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Relevant experience in Collection and Recovery.

  • Excellent knowledge of credit.
