Lead Cybersecurity Business Growth

We seek an experienced business leader to drive strategic growth and expansion in the cybersecurity sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, business development, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of scaling operations within high-growth environments.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute high-impact sales strategies, secure enterprise-level partnerships, and expand market share in the cybersecurity industry.

  • P&L Ownership & Strategic Growth: Lead the business unit with full P&L accountability, setting and executing a financial and strategic roadmap to deliver aggressive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market leadership.
  • Revenue Acceleration & Business Development: Drive top-line growth by developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, securing enterprise-level partnerships, and expanding the unit's market share in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Financial Performance & Profitability: Oversee all financial aspects of the SBU, ensuring budget discipline, margin optimization, and sustainable bottom-line performance.
  • Scalable Operations: Build and optimize scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth, ensuring efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.
  • Leadership for Performance: Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven team with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring alignment to revenue and profitability targets.
  • Market Growth & Positioning: Strengthen the SBU's competitive positioning in the cybersecurity industry by identifying new revenue streams, exploring growth markets, and driving innovation to enhance financial performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in a senior leadership role with full P&L accountability.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, preferably within SaaS or tech-driven businesses.
  • Track record of revenue growth through sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational scaling in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams with a strong commercial mindset.
