Job Title: Senior Business Leader

We are seeking a commercially astute professional to help drive growth in our Indian operations.

  • Lead strategic initiatives, overseeing teams across commercial, technical, and support functions.
  • Pursue business expansion through value-based sales, emphasizing global capabilities and technical expertise.
  • Foster relationships with key pharmaceutical clients, including C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities in oncology, injectables, and other high-value API segments.
  • Travel for business development, client meetings, plant visits, and international collaboration.

The role is part of our leadership succession plan. The Senior Business Leader will play a central role in expanding partnerships, leading teams, and driving long-term sustainability.

This is a high-impact position for someone with a deep understanding of the API industry and exceptional client-facing skills.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of experience in leadership roles within the API/pharmaceutical industry, including at least 5 years in senior commercial or general management positions.

A strong knowledge of the API development and manufacturing lifecycle, particularly in oncology and injectables, is essential.

Exceptional business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills are required.

Ability to travel up to 60%, both within India and internationally.
