Job Title:

Financial Leadership Position

Are you a seasoned finance expert looking to lead a team and drive business success? We are seeking an experienced senior finance professional to oversee our Finance & Accounts department.

  • Responsible for ensuring the overall integrity of financial reporting, chart of accounts maintenance, and accounting system implementation and management.
  • Lead a large team and collaborate with banking leadership to ensure compliance, efficiency, and innovation in financial processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial activities and reporting.
  • Evaluate and maintain the bank's chart of accounts to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic financial insights and support enterprise objectives.
  • Utilize technical skills in core banking platforms (Finacle, Flexcube), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and advanced MS Excel.
  • Leverage exceptional leadership abilities to drive change and influence at the executive level.
  • Maintain excellent communication and analytical skills, upholding strong adherence to ethics and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in banking or financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of core banking platforms, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel.
