Job Opportunity for a Passionate Leader

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our financial operations. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalize books of accounts and prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and income tax returns.
  • Manage all taxation compliance, track agreements and bank guarantees, and develop commercial strategies.
  • Negotiate with customers, suppliers, and vendors; build and manage customer relationships, oversee team performance, and monitor budgeting expenses.
  • Identify and manage commercial risks, manage company payable and receivable, and deal with legal works.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Account and Finance.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Accounts and Finance Manager.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and leadership skills.
  • Strong project management, negotiation, problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle large teams, and manage high email and phone traffic.
