Job Title: SAP Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SAP Project Manager to lead our high-priority and strategically important projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8-11 years of proven experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles, with a focus on high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end project management: Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
  • Stakeholder management: Work closely with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Leadership and team management: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strategic planning and execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Risk and issue management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 8-11 years of proven experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles.
  • Project management expertise: Expertise in SAP and strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
