Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive strategic and operational transformation across our P&C insurance business in North America, the UK, and Australia.

About the Role:

This role will focus on modernizing processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption while fostering deep partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Transformation Office, driving process excellence (PEX) and ensuring timely execution of strategic efficiency and/or business outcome projects.
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver CI, Automation, AI, Data analytics opportunities across internal operations and customer-facing functions.
  • Establish governance frameworks, execution roadmaps, and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of operational discipline, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • More than 20 years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the Insurance Industry, preferably P&C domain.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO Organization.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, the UK, and Australia.
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong command of operational governance models and performance management systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt).
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) and insurance-specific knowledge (e.g., AINS, CIP).
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and insurance-specific data models.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and managing global teams.
