Job Opportunity: Digital Transformation SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Specialist with 3–8 years of experience in driving change and innovation within the manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain domains.The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to product development and ERP implementation, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage customer and operational data to uncover trends and opportunities for growth. Design and maintain accurate dashboards and reports that transform raw data into actionable insights, empowering teams to improve processes and drive business success.
  • Business & Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs and expectations; map current vs. future processes; and translate requirements into clear specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Product Ownership: Own and prioritize the product backlog, manage the full lifecycle from concept to delivery, and lead projects to achieve measurable business value in efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements.
  • ERP Implementation & Solution Design: Drive end-to-end ERP implementation and related system integrations, designing scalable workflows and data flows that ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaboration & Governance: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, communicate roadmaps and priorities, maintain documentation and change controls, and ensure delivery aligns with KPIs and business expectations.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of working in startup environments or dynamic, fast-paced organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP development/implementation and exposure to product building.
