Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Designation: Assistant Manager/Manager HR

Reporting to: Business Director

Location: Sector 29, Gurugram

Experience: 1-4 years in HRM required.

The successful candidate will work closely with our senior team and oversee the entire HR Function.

The ideal candidate should have experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition, excellent communication skills, and exposure to various aspects of HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates through initial screening, personal interviews, telephonic interviews, and handling the joining process.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Assessing training needs to train, counsel, and coach employees.
  • Cultivating a healthy working culture within the organization.
  • Performing necessary administrative duties.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Addressing employee relations, demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Supporting current and future business needs through human capital development, engagement, motivation, and preservation.
  • Maintaining pay plans and benefits programs.
  • Assessing, screening, and profiling candidates for respective roles.
  • Scheduling interviews, briefing candidates, and regular follow-up to maintain a healthy pipeline.
