Human Resources Leader Job

We seek a seasoned HR leader to fill this key position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with at least 10 years of experience.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
  • Proven experience in union negotiations, settlements, and conflict resolution.
  • Hands-on experience in plant-level HR activities.
  • Ability to handle large workforce (staff, unionized employees, contract labor).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.

- Manage employee relations, including union negotiations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop policies and procedures.

- Provide guidance and support to HR teams.

Required Qualifications:

- At least 10-15 years of HR experience.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.

- Proven experience in union negotiations, settlements, and conflict resolution.

- Hands-on experience in plant-level HR activities.

- Ability to handle large workforce (staff, unionized employees, contract labor).
