
Senior HR Business Partner

We are currently seeking a seasoned and dynamic HR professional to lead our Unit HR team.
About the Role:- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and open communication channels.
- Implement a comprehensive performance management system, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms in collaboration with the corporate HR department.
- IDentify high-potential employees within the unit and provide opportunities for their development and growth in partnership with the corporate HR team.
- Collaborate with the corporate HR team to ensure employees participate in individual development plans (IDPs) to enhance their functional and behavioral competencies.
- Drive recognition and rewards programs to recognize outstanding performers.
- Lead the talent acquisition process for the unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent within the unit.
- Oversee the onboarding and integration process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- IDentify training needs within the unit and coordinate training programs in collaboration with the corporate learning and development team.
- Lead and mentor the unit HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Bachelor's degree + MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in an HR business partner role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
