Job Title: HR Strategist

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our HR operations, driving strategic initiatives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:

Partner with senior management to develop and implement an HR strategy that supports business growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.

  • End-to-End HR Operations:

Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.

Develop and implement robust HR policies and processes tailored to business needs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices.

  • Talent Management & Development:

Lead initiatives for employee training, leadership development, and succession planning, building a strong talent pipeline that drives business success.

  • Employee Engagement & Culture:

Foster a positive work environment that reflects company values, promoting engagement, diversity, and inclusion among team members.

  • Change Management & Leadership:

Lead the HR aspects of business transitions, including scaling teams, mergers, or reorganization efforts, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.

Act as a change agent, driving initiatives that support business transformation and cultural alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain industries
  • Proven track record of driving business-aligned HR strategies and managing large, diverse teams
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices in India
