We are seeking an exceptional Global HR Leader to join our team. This strategic corporate role will be based in India and is responsible for building and scaling Beeontrade's HR, people, and performance management systems worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As the executive HR leader, you will oversee all HR operations across multiple geographies, including India HQ, USA, Turkey, and UAE.
  • You will establish Beeontrade's corporate-level HR framework, including policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.
  • Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management that can adapt to growing global needs.
India HQ: Corporate + Local HR
  • You will build the full HR function in India as the backbone of our corporate headquarters.
  • Oversight of local HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Act as a strategic partner to India-based executives (Finance, Operations, Tech, Sales) to align talent and performance with global objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Development
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
  • Launch Beeontrade-wide training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.
Performance & Culture
  • Build a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across all offices.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region (India, USA, Turkey, UAE).
  • Draft and maintain global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel to manage sensitive HR and compliance matters.
