Global HR Strategist

Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic and operational leader to enable global hiring, optimize HR processes, ensure compliance, and enhance the employee experience.
This role requires autonomy, ownership of all aspects of work, and driving automation to improve HR system efficiencies. Ideal candidates have prior People Operations experience for a USA team and at least one other global market.
The successful candidate will be comfortable establishing employment models, designing compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Enable Global Hiring in Key Markets: Implement competitive and compliant employment models for global markets by establishing EoR models, designing compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Optimize HR Operations & Process Automation: Implement a new PEO/benefits approach to minimize operational costs of managing HR in the USA and ensure a simple and competitive offering in global markets.
- Manage Global Total Rewards: Oversee management of our compensation approach including cash compensation and equity ensuring a competitive, financially responsible, equitable, and operationally simple approach for global team members.
The role follows a hybrid work model based out of Bengaluru, India office with significant overlap with Eastern Standard Time.
