Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our global HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations and be proficient in Workday, Oracle HRMS, and ServiceNow Pro.

About the Role:

  • Provide end-to-end support for global HR transactions.
  • Manage and resolve employee requests and queries via ServiceNow Pro.
  • Perform data uploads and mass transactions using EIBs and other HR tools.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams, COEs and payroll partners to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle transactions globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of data quality.
  • Perform regular audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in documentation of SOPs, process flows and knowledge base articles.
  • Support HR reporting and dashboard requirements.
  • Participate in global HR projects and system implementations/enhancements.
  • Manage escalations, root cause analysis and provide it to Team Lead/Line manager.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday, Oracle HRMS, ServiceNow Pro.
  • Strong understanding of global HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to manage large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
