About the Role:- Deliver operational and system support for employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring timely processing and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll process to ensure accuracy every month and on-time payments in collaboration with the payroll partner team.
- Maintain payroll compliance and handle queries within turnaround time.
- Bachelor's / Master Degree or equivalent with 8-10 years experience in hire to retire employee life cycle process.
- Substantial experience in Global HR Operations, preferably in a Shared Services environment with 4-5 years experience.
- 5-7 years payroll experience.
