Job Title: Global HR Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and managing various aspects of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HCM strategies to support business growth and objectives.
  • Design and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Global Payroll, Global HR, and Absence Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM systems with other business processes.
  • Provide functional guidance and support to technical teams on HCM implementation and configuration.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in HCM.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR systems like PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms, including systems related to employee systems of record, benefits, payroll, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Oracle HCM implementation experience, preferably large-scale implementations with a focus on configurations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration for global HR, with at least one full-life cycle project delivery experience (hands-on).
  • Knowledge of UK legislation and payroll will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of creating payroll elements, eligibility profiles, and fusion technical areas like DFF, EFF, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, Data loader, and Personalization.
