Expert Global HR Transaction Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity to work in a critical role supporting the Human Resources team. The Global HR Shared Services Specialist plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of employee data.
The ideal candidate will have experience in process controls, data consistency, documentation, process improvement, and reporting. They must be able to problem solve, multi-task, and drive consistency across all geographic areas.
Key Responsibilities- Transaction Management: Process and manage all global employee data changes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Develop comprehensive documentation, including process maps, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all global HR inquiries, providing timely and effective support through various channels.
- System Administration: Administer and maintain Global HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security for all employee groups.
- Payroll & Benefits Support: Ensure accurate and compliant U.S. payroll and benefits administration.
- Process Optimization: Continuously optimize global and regional HR systems to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to resolve complex HR-related transactions.
