We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and strong analytical skills.
About the Role:
- This is a key position that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication.
- The successful candidate will provide support for the employee lifecycle and HR work globally as part of a global HR Solutions team.
- This role involves handling diverse and confidential activities which require a strong affinity for working in HR systems and general-to-advanced knowledge of policies and procedures in all areas within Human Resources.
- The jobholder will build strong partnerships with HR stakeholders, including HRM s Rewards Partner Talent Acquisition etc.
- The role also involves facilitating resolutions to an assortment of problems and escalations that are moderately complex in scope, communicating appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
- The ideal candidate will be able to focus on bringing consistency and efficiency to our global and regional transitions, providing project management support and leading special projects transitions as required.
- This role will involve supporting feasibility studies, impact analysis, and lead cross-divisional projects.
- The successful candidate will facilitate talent activities, including Resume Vetting, Interview scheduling, candidate reimbursement, create prospect US summer intern program external job posting etc.
- They will initiate, monitor, and ensure completion of all relevant background checks, employment verifications, and drug screening pre-employment health check processes and other onboarding related activities as required.
- The jobholder will assist with the coordination and implementation of activities to support HR Managers, document preparation, employment letters, compensation letters, VISA letters etc.
- They will provide support for Induction scheduling and managing the record keeping of plant lab visit of new hires, Support and facilitate the communication related to New Hire Probation period Service Anniversary etc.
- The successful candidate will support and provide inputs of Inspire award recipients to Rewards team as part of Talent activity Support Germany related activities viz Anti-terror screening preparing Invitation letters Wire transfer forms Company cars Salary increase process Headcount Report etc.
- They will conduct audits of invoicing and billing related to various payroll benefits or other HR programs and recommends any corrective action.
- The jobholder will ensure timely and accurate maintenance of all HR documentation, including but not limited to employee files EPIA form I-9 information benefits billing documentation etc.
- They will provide support for New Hire Orientation through the ability to answer basic questions about company-sponsored benefit plans insurance medical dental vision 40lk etc and refer to benefits specialist when necessary.
- The successful candidate will ensure efficient and responsive follow up to Service Now Ticket inquires as appropriate.
- They will actively participate in quarterly system enhancement and upgrade efforts Supports global background check administration Adhere to performance and service metrics established for the HR Solutions team.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors master s degree
- 5 to 6 years of HRA experience
- Strong technical aptitude using human resources information systems like Workday ServiceNow etc
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Quick learner and able to follow instructions respond to management direction and improve performance through management feedback
- Attention to detail organized accurate thorough and able to monitor work for quality
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work Problem-solver with strong ability to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities Strong interpersonal skills ability to work and partner effectively with others Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge in Workday ServiceNow Experience in shared services environment
