Job Title: Human Resources Strategist

Our organization seeks an experienced professional in human resources to lead pivotal people strategies, foster employee engagement, and oversee core HR functions in alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, specifically in performance management and rewards & recognition. They will be responsible for designing and managing performance review cycles, key performance indicators (KPIs), and feedback mechanisms. Additionally, they will develop and execute impactful rewards and recognition programs, collaborate with leadership on performance-linked growth and engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.

The Human Resources Strategist will also oversee HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy implementation. They will analyze HR data to enhance processes, retention rates, and employee engagement. Furthermore, they will mentor and manage the HR team, ensuring seamless HR service delivery.
