Talent Management Executive

As a Talent Management Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire talent lifecycle, from attraction and recruitment to development and retention. This includes driving end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs during peak periods, partnering with store leadership to anticipate and prepare for key retail events, and cultivating a robust talent pipeline while maintaining the brand's standards of integrity, hospitality, and tradition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent.
  • Partner with store leadership to identify talent gaps and develop plans to address them.
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners, including job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals, to drive candidate pipelines.
  • Design and deliver training programs on product knowledge, customer interaction, and brand storytelling to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a retail or service industry setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform talent management decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
