Job Role

A high-profile professional is sought after to drive human resources strategies at an organization. This influential individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to the workforce by devising and implementing impactful HR plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate employee onboarding processes, incorporating comprehensive new employee orientation programs.
  • Ensure a uniform treatment of employees and proper implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships within all levels of the organization.
  • Prepare and distribute employee separation notices, facilitating thorough exit interviews.
  • Promote employee recognition programs and collaborate with corporate teams to disseminate relevant communications.
  • Act as an advocate for employees and assist with workplace concerns or HR-related programs.
  • Provide guidance and resources to employees regarding contacting the HR Help Desk.
  • Support HR communications and training initiatives for managers on new programs, systems, and processes.
  • Collaborate with Local Leaders to design and implement local HR initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing employee data, payroll, performance management, employee attendance, statutory management from manufacturing industries.
  • Experience in handling contract labor management, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, and Retention programs.
  • Self-motivated individual with accountability for results.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Cultural sensitivity, sound judgment, initiative, and tenacity.
  • Ability to collaborate across boundaries, disciplines, and cultures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence with credibility.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
