Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager, specializing in Industrial Relations, to take overall responsibility for the entire gamut of Industrial Relations and Administration.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in formulating and implementing HR & Admin policies, ensuring harmonious industrial relations, and managing social and buyer compliance.

This role requires strong expertise in statutory compliance, grievance handling, and managing trade unions, while providing essential support and guidance to station managers.

  • Overall Responsibility: The Senior Human Resources Manager will have overall responsibility for the entire gamut of Industrial Relations and Administration within the organization.
  • HR Policy Formulation: The ideal candidate will formulate and implement HR & Admin policies that are in line with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Harmonious Industrial Relations: The Senior Human Resources Manager will play a proactive role in ensuring harmonious industrial relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Social Compliance: The candidate will effectively handle Social & Buyers Compliance, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards and audits.
  • Industrial Relations: The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Industrial Relations, including employee engagement, conflict resolution, and maintaining a healthy work environment.
  • Statutory Compliance: The candidate will ensure full statutory compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Grievance Handling: The Senior Human Resources Manager will manage Grievance handling processes, ensuring fair and timely resolution of employee concerns.
  • Trade Union Management: The candidate will expertly manage relationships with trade unions, facilitating constructive dialogue and negotiations.
  • Station Manager Support: The Senior Human Resources Manager will provide essential support and guidance to station managers on all HR and IR related matters.
