Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, developing HR policies, employee engagement strategies, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. The Senior HR Manager will also manage employee relations, training and development programs, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Candidate Screening
- Skills in HR Policies Development, Employee Relations, and Labor Law Compliance
- Experience in Performance Management, Training, and Development
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Conflict Resolution Skills
- Ability to work and lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HR Management Systems and Tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree in HRM or equivalent certifications are a plus
