We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our human resources team as the Director of Human Resources at Marriott InternationalThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and human resources, with excellent leadership and management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure effective performance.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Design and implement talent acquisition and development programs to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with experience in managing complex HR issues.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
