Position Overview:  

We are seeking a Strategic HR Director to support and manage our Bangalore team across departments. This role involves being part of the Global Human Resources Business Partner structure and collaborating with senior leadership and local HRBPs. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, including staffing, talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and statutory compliance. This role is the perfect opportunity to shape our strategy, engage top talent, and drive organizational growth in an exciting and rapidly expanding environment. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Coordinate and execute projects in Bangalore including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies 
  • Leadership building/management (at all levels), strong business connectivity and influencing skills working with senior leaders and partnering with HR, lead employee consultation and communication effectively  
  • Help drive HR strategies across business units and work closely with HR leaders in driving various projects and programs in the region 
  • Manage a team including HRBP's and a Senior HR Advisor to drive site priorities and business unit led initiatives.  
  • Partner with local leadership in identifying training and development programs to enhance employee skills  
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, driving change initiatives and enhancing engagement 
  • Analyze and report on HR data to guide decisions 
  • This role will require the incumbent to work closely with various stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, US and Canada.  

Required Experience/Skills  

  • 8-10+ years of experience in Human Resources in a growing organization 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with excellent people management skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision 
  • Ability to research, apply, and adapt to new and complex situations within a growing environment 
  • Ability to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation 
  • Should have worked in the IT Software sector for 5+ years and recruited across levels and skill sets 
  • Good working knowledge of all Statutory Compliances in India 
  • Recruit talent for all functions across various levels 
  • Develop, coach and train managers 
  • Create and drive learning and development interventions 
  • Plan, Manage and execute on strategic HR projects
