Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and overseeing general HR management activities. The role also involves contributing to creating an efficient and positive work environment aligned with the organization's values.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
  • Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
  • Strong skills in fostering Employee Relations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance is a plus

Roles and Responsibility:

The candidate is responsible for the training and professional development of the organisation s employees.

Manage communication of L&D strategies and employee participation across various L&D programmes

This role will coordinate all L&D activities, partner with the Service Directors, regularly interacting with employees and third-party training providers .

Ensure that new employees are properly onboarded and introduced to the company culture, policies, and procedures

Responsible for HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and administration.
