Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, including maintaining HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The role involves end-to-end HR management, addressing employee grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Executive will work closely with teams to support a thriving and inclusive workforce at ZOYINFINITY.

Responsibilties

  • Proficiency in HR Management, including workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management
  • Knowledge of HR Operations and the ability to handle operational HR tasks efficiently
  • Experience in Employee Relations and fostering a healthy, inclusive workplace
  • Understanding and implementation of HR Policies to ensure organizational compliance
  • Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Experience in the hospitality or co-living industry is a plus
