Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Bengaluru. As a Human Resources Executive, you will oversee HR operations, support employee relations, implement HR policies, and manage HR-focused initiatives that align with the company's values and objectives. The role will involve effectively collaborating with various teams to enhance employee experience and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) functions, including the ability to manage workforce planning and performance evaluation processes.
  • Experience with HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and the ability to address workplace concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR Policies and their implementation to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR role, with a focus on contributing to a growing organization, is preferred.
