Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bangalore Urban. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. They will also be involved in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support the company's culture and goals.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management skills
- Employee Relations and Compliance knowledge
- Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience -2+ years. Freshers with MBA in human resource can apply.
