Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, conducting training sessions, managing benefits and compensation, and ensuring a positive work environment. The role requires collaboration with department heads to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in managing benefits and compensation programs
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
- Relevant experience in the QSR or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
