Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the HR department, manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The HR Manager will also handle employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and performance management
  • Proficiency in labor law compliance and employee relations
  • Skills in benefits administration and organizational development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
  • Relevant certifications in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR) are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
