Job Title: Strategic People Leader

The primary objective of this role is to serve as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and fostering a positive work environment.

This position requires strong leadership skills to manage employee life cycles, facilitate new hire onboarding, and lead talent development programs.

  • People Management:

Develop and implement effective people practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance, identifying areas for improvement and supporting data-driven decision-making.

  • Communication & Influencing:

Serve as an employee champion, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement initiatives to improve engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to all employment laws and company policies, providing support in site-specific audits from Human Resources.

  • Talent Development:

Support leadership in managing organizational change, developing communication strategies between management and employees, and adapting to evolving workplace demands.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • MBA / MHRM / MSW (HR), with 15 to 20 years of experience in handling entire gamut of Human Resources.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges.
  • Proficiency with HR management systems and data analysis tools.
